image2code-glm-v1这是外部 v-harness 的 GLM source line，固定到 249c2bceedaf3c04f76ae3a899d91acbf8dc2641，README release label 为 v2.3.2。Pages 版本页稳定；动态工作台使用易变的受保护 Quick Tunnel。
架构与工具策略
reasoning and visual perception are separatedClaude Code CLI 提供 agent loop 与 compaction；Anthropic adapter 将 text-only orchestration 路由到 SGLANG-GATEWAY-GLM-5.2-FP8-All。
grep / inspect / transcribe / align / diff 通过 gemini-3.1-pro-preview 看图；inpaint 是可选生成动作。
浏览器渲染后检查 grounded bbox、DOM geometry、visual assertions 与 relative-flow policy；gate 不等同外部最终质量分。
相对 v2.3：这里明确引入 blind GLM orchestrator 与 Gemini perception 分工。现有部署 wrapper 只增加鉴权、健康检查和进程边界，不修改上游 prompt、operation 或 gate 行为。
Live Workbook
H100DEV1 · Cloudflare Quick Tunnel · password protected部署保留上游 frontend：Gallery、多选、serial/×2/×5/×8、Run selected、上传、停止、DB、debug 和 timeline。UI、API、static、devset 与 artifact 都受同一登录 wrapper 保护。
case9/ed9c182d · concurrency 1 · MAX_EPOCHS=1。完整 target、HTML、render、result、events 和 timeline 已形成；gate FAIL 被如实保留。
正常服务已恢复 MAX_EPOCHS=3。产物留在服务器忽略目录，不复制到 Pages；稳定入口始终是本版本页。
内部项目使用关系
deployment evidence is not algorithm adoptiondeployment_onlyManager 负责固定 source、受保护部署、健康检查与 canary。这证明运行链可用，不代表 Verification Loop 或 VeriHarness 已采用 GLM 版本。
当前没有内部实验项目绑定这个 source line。blind orchestrator、atomic perception 和 deterministic gate 仍只在 adoption ledger 中标为 observed。
